I did not request a login code
Do not share the code. Someone may have mistyped your number. You can ignore the message; it does not give anyone access to your phone or lowk account.
I received a lowk invitation
A lowk user asked us to send you one invitation. The message should identify that person. You do not need to join, and the invitation does not enroll you in recurring texts.
Stop invitation texts
Reply STOP to the invitation. lowk will honor the opt-out and prevent additional invitation messages where required. Reply HELP for assistance.
Contacts and private votes
lowk does not upload your complete address book. Only contacts selected individually are submitted. Your one-way votes stay private; flames you receive are anonymous.
Delete my account
Use the delete-account option in lowk settings. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address or phone context associated with the account and we will help verify the request.
Report abuse or impersonation
Include the relevant phone number, message screenshot, approximate time, and a short explanation. Do not send authentication codes or sensitive identity documents.
SMS help
lowk authentication codes are sent only after someone requests a code for that number. lowk invitations are one-time messages requested by an individual user. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of invitations or HELP for help.
